"I have a team of 14 people with a wide variety of skills, experience and knowledge. Twice a year managers are required by the organization to conduct performance reviews and within each review is a personal development plan. As managers, we are required to ensure that employees provide a commitment to their development plan. I recognize the importance of employee development, however the task of finding training courses was time consuming, then managing resources while people were attending courses reduced the efficiency of the team. Learning Short-takes™ provide a new way of developing my people.
