Aim of the Global Learning Platform™
The Global Learning Platform™ facilitates consistency in Performance consulting, instructional design and training delivery.
The GLP assists to create and deliver high-quality learning programs in a professional corporate training environment in ways that proactively meet learners' needs and that are in line with business priorities.
The intention of the GLP is to provide a support tool rather than a set of dictates.
GLP supports the creation of global economies of scale, minimizes duplication of effort while preserving and respecting local training requirements.

1. Internal Performance Consulting - Formal Training Needs Analysis
- to ensure that all learning programs, regardless of delivery method, are aligned with the needs of the business.
2. Instructional Design Process
- to ensure consistency in quality, look, design and methodology for every learning program, regardless of where it is conducted and for whom.
3. Delivery Standards
- to ensure that trainers meet the competency standards that reflect the professionalism and stature of the business image.
4. Internal Performance Consulting - Measure Learning
- to create learning measures before, during and after training to maximize retention and value for time and money spent training.
Implementation is in four phases, Prepare, Pre-Launch, Launch, Follow-up
- Prepare: All GLP tools are customized for each client, ranging from personalization with the client's logo to full customization of individual tool/s.
- Pre-Launch: Training is provided for all users of the GLP. Specific courses are provided for Internal Performance Consultants, Instructional Designers and Trainers or a composite approach is adopted where the client training team members have multiple roles. More > GLP Training Programs
