Implementation is in four phases, Prepare, Pre-Launch, Launch, Follow-up

  1. Prepare: All GLP tools are customized for each client, ranging from personalization with the client's logo to full customization of individual tool/s.
  2. Pre-Launch: Training is provided for all users of the GLP. Specific courses are provided for Internal Performance Consultants, Instructional Designers and Trainers or a composite approach is adopted where the client training team members have multiple roles. More > GLP Training Programs

  3. Launch: The GLP Toolkit is provided to each certified user.
